WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
• First time Order Minimum - $150 (meaning the cart has to reflect a minimum of $231 before the 35% wholesale discount can be applied).
• Re-Order Minimum $300 (meaning the cart has to reflect a minimum of $463 before the 35% wholesale discount can be applied).
PRICING
• As a Wholesale Partner, you will receive 35% off MSRP.
• Prices are listed in US dollars.
• There may, at times, be some products, including limited editions or certain product lines that may not be available for wholesale purchase.
• All items must be sold at retail price, as listed on GuChet’s website.
• GuChet reserves the right to change prices if necessary due to increases from original manufacturers. These changes may be made at any time without prior notice.
PAYMENTS
• Payment is due at time of order.
• GuChet accepts credit cards, PayPal and checks (Note: checks must be received prior to order shipping).
PRODUCT SELECTION
• We reserve the right to choose which products are available for wholesale purchase. Some products that are available on our website may not be suitable for retail sales, due to packaging, quantities available, etc.
• Clearance and sale items are excluded from Wholesale orders.

ONLINE SALES
• Wholesale Accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops ONLY.
• Online/Website sales are prohibited, at this time.
• Businesses are forbidden from selling GuChet merchandise on any other online retail outlet, including but not limited to Amazon, EBay, Etsy, Facebook Buy-In Groups/Marketplace or any other means.
SHIPPING & RATES
• Shipping charges will be calculated and added at the time you place your order.
• Free Shipping does not apply to Wholesale shipments.
• We ship from Daytona Beach Fl. and use USPS shipping, unless otherwise requested.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number when the order is shipped.
• Visit www.usps.com and enter the tracking number to check the progress of your shipment.
• If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, it is because your order has not yet been shipped, the email address provided was invalid or the email was blocked by your spam filter.
• All Wholesale shipments must be delivered to the physical store address. We do not ship wholesale orders to PO Boxes.
• Package insurance covers shipments only while in transit.
• GuChet cannot be held liable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier but will work to help facilitate retrieval.
• Once the shipping courier has confirmed delivery at the address provided by you at checkout, the package becomes your responsibility.
• If your shipment is damaged in transit, refuse delivery. If you are unable to refuse delivery, contact the carrier and GuChet immediately.
• Please DO NOT throw away package materials, or damaged goods as Carriers require photographs of the damaged box and goods.
• Lost, stolen or damaged AFTER order delivery is your responsibility.
• Should you believe your package(s) has been stolen, please file a claim with the carrier and the local authorities.
ORDER FULFILLMENT & LEAD TIMES
• Ship date is usually 3-4 business days from date of purchase (excluding weekends).
You will be notified via email, if:
► An item purchased is out-of-stock
► A longer lead time is needed to process large quantity orders
► If an item is back-ordered at scheduled delivery, you will be given the option to remove or replace that item on the order (we do not hold back-orders)
• GuChet works diligently to ship orders quickly and accurately, but shipping mistakes do occasionally happen. You should verify the correctness of all orders immediately upon receipt of the package and before you use any items.
COUPON/DISCOUNT CODES
• Unless otherwise indicated, coupon/discount codes will not be honored for wholesale purchases due to our already low margins.
• FREE Shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
• 10% Off your entire order does not apply to wholesale orders.
CHANGES TO ORDERS/CANCELLATION
We understand that things happen, and changes are occasionally needed.
• Any changes to an order must be emailed to guchetyarn [!at] gmail.com, within 2 business days of initial order.
• Orders cannot be changed after the second day.
• After your payment is received, we do not allow cancellations.
DISPLAY AND PACKAGING
• All GuChet products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging, including yarn labels/sleeves.
PHOTOGRAPHY
• Partners who have placed an order through our website qualify for access to our photographs and videos.
• All images can be accessible from our website.
• Any usage of our photography by outside vendors is in direct violation of our Terms & Conditions. Violators will be contacted.
DAMAGES/DEFECTS/ RETURN POLICY
• Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
• Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
• We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise.
• Contact us at guchetyarn [!at] gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of the damaged or defective goods.
• Damaged items will be picked up and replaced with new merchandise if available.
• Buybacks may be negotiated in lieu of GuChet items being liquidated at clearance pricing.
• Gift certificates are non-returnable.
NEIGHBORHOOD EXCLUSIVITY
• We honor neighborhood exclusivity as a courtesy to all GuChet partners with a current Wholesale Account.
• The minimum requirement to keep an account current is one order per every 6 months and a minimum of $600 in total orders per every 12 months.
• Please email us with any questions or special considerations regarding exclusivity.
SUSPENSION/CANCELLATION OF WHOLESALE ACCOUNT
GuChet reserves the right to suspend or cancel your Wholesale Account in the following circumstances:
• You failed to maintain a good standing with your Wholesale Account by not placing at least one qualifying order per calendar year.
• You fail to advise us of a change to your selling practice, location or any other relevant factor (Ex: closing your brick-and-mortar and selling strictly online).
• Failure to abide by our Terms and Conditions.
SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
• International orders will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
PRIVACY
• Any personal information that you provided to GuChet including your name, address, phone, email address, Tax information, uploaded documentation, etc., will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals out of GuChet. GuChet does not collect or record any credit card details you provide when purchasing products from our website.
